Cookies:

wheat flour, organic vanilla powder, powdered sugar, tapioca starch, maize (+ cocoa powder for chocolate).

Gingerbread:

Wheat Flour, cane sugar, bicarbonate powder, salt, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic nutmeg, organic cardomon. 

 

Icing:

Organic icing sugar, tapioca starch, vanilla powder (+ cocoa powder for chocolate)

Natural sprinkles generally contain:

Cane Sugar, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Corn Starch , Maltodextrin,Vegetable Fat (Rice Bran Oil), Stabilizers (Gum Arabic), Lemon Juice, Colours (E163-Anthocyanins, E160c-Paprika, E100-Turmeric, E162-Beetroot Red，E171-Titanium Dioxide), Glazing agent (Carnauba Wax)，Anti-caking agent (Potassium Aluminum Silicate) ，Spirulina Extract, Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose , Lemon Powder

Chocolate Sprinkles:

Sugar, cocoa powder, Palm oil*, glucose syrup, modified starch (1401), anticaking agent (553). 

(*contributes to the production of sustainable palm oil)

Bees:

Icing sugar, maize starch, egg white powder, turmeric, vegetable carbon. 

Natural dyes generally contain:

Pink Pitya (pink), turmeric (yellow), spirulina (blue), spinach (green)
